We are Dynamic — now Dynamic Servitech Private Limited. Our ACD anti-collision system, built around the DTC 3300 Pro controller, keeps multiple tower cranes — and the structures around them — clear of each other, while doubling as a full safe load indicator.
Dynamic Crane Engineers began manufacturing its own crane-safety electronics in 2005. In 2024 the safety-electronics and field-service arms were consolidated under Dynamic Servitech Private Limited (DSPL). The ACD anti-collision system and its DTC 3300 Pro controller are designed and built by us in Pune.
The same team that researches a problem designs the board, populates the enclosure, calibrates it on your crane, and answers the phone when you call ten years later.
Electronics, firmware and mechanical design developed by our own engineering team in Pune — sensors, controllers, displays and communication.
Assembly, enclosure build, sensor integration and calibration done in our own facility. No badge-engineering, no imported black boxes.
A pan-India service network that has supported installed units since 2004 — installation, recalibration, breakdown and overhaul.
Because we built it, we stock and supply spares for the full operating life of every system — no obsolescence cliff.
On a congested site, jibs and counter-jibs of neighbouring tower cranes share airspace. The ACD fuses each crane's slewing, trolley and hoist position with inter-crane radios to predict an approaching collision or zone intrusion and slow, then stop, the dangerous motion in time.

Slewing, trolley and hoist-height sensors give each crane its exact pose in real time.
Cranes share their position over a wireless link, so each knows where its neighbours are.
The DTC controller computes approach paths and flags an impending collision or zone breach.
It slows and then cuts the offending motion — slew, trolley or hoist — before contact.
The DTC 3300 Pro is also a full safe load indicator — load, radius, moment and wind — so a single controller handles overload protection and anti-collision together, with one cabin screen and one wiring loom.
Virtual zone protection keeps the hook out of no-go volumes — power lines, adjacent buildings, public roads — by software limit rather than physical stops.

This is one of our standard products. We also have the full technical capability to custom-build a safety or monitoring solution to your specification — engineered by our R&D, manufactured in our own facility, and supported with service and spares for the life of the asset. One accountable team, concept to end-of-life.
